What is your return policy?

The following are the return terms and conditions Girly Girls Fashion allows:
The items must be returned within the span of two weeks (14 days).
Must be in good condition, unused, with original tags, and must be in the original package/pouch.
Fees for delivery are non-refundable.

How long does it take to be refunded?

Upon receiving the returned parcel, after 10 business days, Girly Girls Fashion will remit the refundable amount to your account.
You can check your refund request via tracking information in case of failure to receive a refund after processing, and allow 5-10 days after receipt.

What is your exchange policy?

The operations of Girly Girl Fashion are restricted to return and refund transactions only. It does not allow and do exchange.
What is your policy on DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE ITEM?
Please contact Girly Girl Fashion via its email support@girlygirlsfashion.com if damaged or faulty products are received, which seldom occurs. Please note the following details in your email:

Will I be refunded with the full value?

All charges or fees such as customs duties, sales taxes and shipping are non-refundable outside the United States. However, you may possibly get these directly by contacting your country's customs office.

Do prices change for international orders?

Prices can minimally fluctuate at a time as these are highly dependent on your country’s currency to U.S dollar exchange rate.

Can I make changes to my order?

Please be aware that finalized orders can no longer be changed. They may be illegible for cancellation only if the shipping process has not yet begun.

At present, we do not have a physical location. You may head over and make direct orders on our website. Subscribe to our newsletter and get alerts on future physical sites.

How much does shipping cost?

We offers free shipping for any orders over $99 USD.
Fixed shipping fee of $9.95 for all orders under $99 USD.

How can I track my order?

When the customer’s order is on the way, an email confirmation with shipping details and tracking number is sent.

My item is being returned to sender?

Please contact us at support@robaonline.com whether an item is not shipped or returned to us, so we can take necessary actions for your order. International orders can cover a further shipping fee in the event of a request for reshipment.
