Upon receiving the item from a delivery, customers will have 14 calendar days to return the purchased item.
For an item to become eligible for a return, it must be in the same condition on the day of delivery.
The item purchased must be in its original pouch/packaging.
Ordered items must be on good condition, unused, original tags are attached, and are placed in the original packaging. ROBAONLINE.COM cannot offer and process a refund on damaged, scratched, or not in original packaging items.
The presence of receipt or proof of purchase is needed when customers request for a refund or other services.
Customers must email ROBAONLINE.COM prior if they intend to return an item. The email must contain an image of the defective item and the order number. In this way, the customer care team will be able to review and check the order easily.
ROBAONLINE.COM will notify customers once returned item/s are received. Then, the team will investigate and inspect the item’s illegibility for refund.
ROBAONLINE.COM will keep in touch regarding the updates and status of the customer’s request.
If the item found to be illegible for refund, we will process the amount back as a store credit.
Please note that refunding will take up to 10 business days before it will reflect on your account or be sent out.
In terms of original shipping charges, RobaOnline.com does not cater any refund.
